Marc Bohan was a Christian Dior designer from 1960 to 1989 replacing Yves Saint Laurent. He passed away last September 6th.
Bohan launched the children's collection Baby Dior starting from Grace Kelly's children, the men's Dior Monsieur now called Dior Homme, and Miss Dior ready to wear collections.
He is not so known to everyone but he was a creative, visionary, modern designer who marked the history of fashion from the 60s to the 80s.
I had the opportunity to see his creations at Grace Kelly's exhibition few years ago at Dior Museum in Granville.
