The mysteries of nature take hold inside 30 Avenue Montaigne, creating a spellbinding habitat for beautiful caryatids. It took 3 weeks, 15 artists and many hundreds of square feet of custom-designed wallpaper and flooring to create the mystical world of Penny Slinger, the US-based feminist artist commissioned by Maria Grazia Chiuri to create the scenography for the Dior Autumn-Winter 2019-2020 Haute Couture show.
Many luxuriously simple pieces, like a black chenille caftan and matching coat, and a black silk-velvet peplos; effortless and modern Bar silhouettes, constructed without resorting to old-fashioned padding for an elegant, discreet and exquisite collection.
